The JW Marriott Nanjing Road, Shanghai Hotel's Pastry Chef Steven Jiang has recently returned from France where he competed in the 2009 'World Pastry Cup' along with a team of two other talented pastry chefs from China. The Chinese team, featuring Steven Jiang from the JW Marriott luxury hotel on Nanjing Road, Shanghai, placed 10th overall out of 22 international teams from Europe, America and Asia.
